1. Professional Advisory Services

Ask M provides strategic advisory, life architecture, and transition coaching. Melissa Meissner is an advisor and strategist; she is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or financial advisor. Our services are intended for high-level strategic planning and personal development. Any life or business decisions made following our sessions are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the Client.

2. Payments and Investment

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

• One-time Sessions: Paid in full at the time of booking.

• Retainer Services: Require a signed agreement and are paid according to the schedule outlined in your specific contract.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Because we prioritize high-touch attention and limit the number of clients we serve, our schedule is strictly managed.

• 48-Hour Policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule any session.

• Forfeiture: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will not be refunded and may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided—including customized roadmaps, proprietary frameworks, and strategic documentation—are the intellectual property of Ask M. These are for your individual use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ask M is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advisory services. We do not guarantee specific financial or professional outcomes; success is dependent on the Client’s implementation and engagement.
