This Agreement is made between Melissa Meissner ("Architect") and the individual or entity purchasing services ("Client") effective as of the date of purchase.

1. THE SCOPE OF SERVICE

The Client is engaging the Architect for the M-List Pilot Phase ("The Clarity Sprint"), consisting of:

• Alignment Audit: One (1) 90-minute video conferencing session.

• Clarity Roadmap: One (1) customized PDF document delivered within 48 hours of the Audit.

• Direct Line Support: Fourteen (14) days of concierge support via email/voice note following Roadmap delivery.

2. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT

The investment for the M-List Pilot Phase is $500.00 USD. Payment is due in full upon signing this agreement to secure the spot. Payment is non-refundable.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared during the Alignment Audit is strictly confidential. The Architect will not disclose any client business or personal information without prior written consent. The Architect may use anonymized testimonial data for marketing purposes.

4. BOUNDARIES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Clarity Roadmap is for the Client's personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold. The Architect agrees to respect the Client's time by responding to Direct Line requests within 24 business hours.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Architect provides strategic advice based on experience but does not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. The Client is solely responsible for implementing the Roadmap.
